It's been 10 years since the passing of our beloved friend Jim Kane. Wow, is what those of us who knew Jim are saying, 10 years? We Re-named our Sugar Bowl 5 Miler Road Race to Jim Kane Sugar Bowl 5 Miler after almost an overwhelming request to do so. He was a friend to all of us and a Loving Husband to Cheryl. From one who shared my thoughts with Jim Kane, his passing made a big impact on my decision to retire from the MBTA, a decision I never regretted. But in doing so I lost a good friend, who's humor and smile I'll never forget. We miss you Jim Kane.
