All Routes begin and end at the Curley Community Center in South Boston



Tuesday Night Fun Runs

6:00 P.M.   6 mile run on a scenic flat course along the waterfront
6:00 P.M.   6.5 mile run
.

Thursday Night Fun Runs
6:00 P.M.   Approx. 7 mile run on varied terrain  in South Boston
 6:00 P.M.    7.5 mile run into Downtown Boston

Sunday Runs
7:30 AM during Fall Marathon Training Season (starting in July and ending in October)
8:00 AM for the rest of the year
8 to 10 mile run through scenic parts of Boston
    

Spring Marathon Training 
From early January to mid-April Sunday mornings
These training runs are organized for members desiring to do the
Boston Marathon or other Spring Marathons
10 mile distance which increases weekly to 22 miles

Fall Marathon Training 
From early July to November Sunday mornings
These training runs are organized for members desiring to do a fall Marathon
10 mile distance which increases weekly to 22 miles
 
 

New runners are always welcome to come and join us for a run on any Tuesday or Thursday night  at 6:00 p.m., or on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. We ask that runners who continue to utilize these runs to join the LSRC. These runs as well as the marathon training schedule runs are for members only.
